Gemma works as fast as she can but sometimes she can get very busy, she aims to get your imageout to you in less than 3 weeks, from the point at which she receives your digital image.
However, its understood that special occasions approach in the blink of an eye so there are a number of express options available.
Your image will be in digital format and will be emailed over to you for you to print however you wish.
Gemma is an incredibly talented artist and will always do an amazing job. Gemma’s work is frequently described as ‘Exceeding Expectations’ by her customers, however, it would be impossible to recreate the exact vision you hold in you mind, so it is imperative that you specify as many details as you can in the notes when placing your order. This will enable Gemma to get as close to your vision as possible.

The better the image quality, the more aesthetically pleasing the finished article will be. Please remember when enlarging poor quality images, there is a possibility that you image may become distorted.
Gemma will always get in contact if she is unable to work with your image, but takes no responsibility for the quality of the images sent to her.
When you receive your proof image, this is the perfect time to express any changes you would like made.
Gemma offers 1 free revision to tweak elements with which you are dissatisfied. (These changes will be subject to the artists discretion)
It is the customers responsibility to specify all of the finer details within their order notes at the point of sale.
